Chicken Juice Cucumber with Cold Skin Noodles

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cucumber, 1 piece
  • Cold skin noodles, 250g
  • Fresh coriander, 2 stalks
  • Garlic, 6 cloves
  • Fresh chicken juice, as needed
  • Sesame paste (Tahini), 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Buy dried cold skin noodles from the supermarket.
  2. Soak the noodles in warm water for about 20 minutes during winter.
  3. Rinse and drain the rehydrated noodles.
  4. Wash the cucumber and cut it into horseshoe slices. Clean and chop the coriander, then mix with the noodles in a container.
  5. Add seasoning: sesame paste, sugar, salt, vinegar, and fresh chicken juice.
  6. Mix all the seasonings well until the flavors are blended.
  7. Once mixed, transfer the cucumber and cold skin noodles to a serving dish.
  8. Enjoy the delicious salad enhanced with fresh chicken juice!
