Egg Yolk Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 400g Cauliflower
- 3 Egg Yolks
- Suitable amount of "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning
- A bit of White Wine
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Mix the egg yolks with a few drops of white wine, microwave for 40 seconds, then crush them.
- Break the cauliflower into small pieces and boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the egg yolks and stir-fry until they start to bubble.
- Add the cauliflower to the pan.
- Continue stir-frying.
- Add a suitable amount of "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning. Add salt if desired for a stronger taste.
- Stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed, then turn off the heat and remove the pan.
- Ready to serve.
