Starbucks-Style Easy Chocolate Muffin Cake

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 ml pure milk
  • 120 g vegetable oil
  • 90 g white sugar
  • 240 g low-gluten flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 10 g baking powder
  • Chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions:
  1. Mix eggs, pure milk, vegetable oil, and white sugar together until uniform.
  2. Sift low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture, then stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer the batter into a piping bag.
  4. Pipe the batter into cups until they are about 70% full.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
