Stir-Fried Green Beans with Pork Strips
Ingredients:
- Pork loin (sliced) - 300g
- Green chili peppers - 2
- Red chili peppers - 2-3
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce - 4 teaspoons
- Dark soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking wine - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 20g
- White pepper powder - 5g
- Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green beans - as needed
Instructions:
- Mix 1 teaspoon each of light soy sauce, cooking wine, cooking oil, and cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and a suitable amount of white pepper powder. Marinate the pork slices in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Stir-fry the marinated pork until cooked, then remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and chili peppers until fragrant. Then add green beans and stir-fry on high heat.
- Add the cooked pork back into the pan and stir-fry together with the green beans.
- Add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, a suitable amount of salt, and sugar. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and fragrant.
- Serve hot, perfect with steamed rice.
