Stir-Fried Lotus Root with Chicken Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 section of lotus root
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- A squeeze of chicken sauce
Instructions:
- Peel the lotus root, cut it in half, and then slice it. Wash thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and salt, and sauté until fragrant. Then add the lotus root slices.
- Stir-fry until the lotus root changes color, then add a little water.
- Squeeze in the chicken sauce and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed.
- Once the lotus root is crisp and delicious, it's ready to serve.
