Stir-Fried Lotus Root with Chicken Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 section of lotus root
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • A squeeze of chicken sauce
Instructions:
  1. Peel the lotus root, cut it in half, and then slice it. Wash thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and salt, and sauté until fragrant. Then add the lotus root slices.
  3. Stir-fry until the lotus root changes color, then add a little water.
  4. Squeeze in the chicken sauce and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Once the lotus root is crisp and delicious, it's ready to serve.
