Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry with Cabbage
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes
- Eggs
- Cabbage (1 head)
Instructions:
- Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then peel.
- Fry the eggs until just set, then remove from the pan.
- Stir-fry the tomatoes until they release their juices.
- Add cabbage and the cooked eggs to the pan.
- Stir everything together and cook until the cabbage is tender.
