Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry with Cabbage

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes
  • Eggs
  • Cabbage (1 head)
Instructions:
  1. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then peel.
  2. Fry the eggs until just set, then remove from the pan.
  3. Stir-fry the tomatoes until they release their juices.
  4. Add cabbage and the cooked eggs to the pan.
  5. Stir everything together and cook until the cabbage is tender.
