Chicken Broth Pork Ribs Soup
Ingredients:
- 300g pork ribs
- 1 loofah
- 150g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine
- 15 Sichuan peppercorns
- 2g salt
- 15g Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence Seasoning
Instructions:
- Peel the loofah and cut it into thick slices; cut the cauliflower into chunks.
- In a pot, add cooking wine, water, and pork ribs. Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.
- Change the water in the pot.
- Add Sichuan peppercorns, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 25 minutes.
- Add loofah and cauliflower to the pork ribs soup.
- Add salt and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Finally, add the Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence Seasoning and stir well.
- Enjoy the delicious soup, which is so good that even the broth can be drunk clean.
