Chicken Broth Noodle Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Dried Noodles – 70g
  • Small Oilseed Rape (Bok Choy) – 3 to 4 stalks
  • Egg – 1
  • Green Onion – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice Seasoning – to taste
  • "Tai Tai Le" Sesame Oil – to taste
  • Cilantro – 1 stalk
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
  1. Prepare a bowl with chopped green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, fresh chicken juice seasoning, salt, and sesame oil.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the egg until set.
  3. Add noodles to the pot and cook until they are about 70-80% done.
  4. Briefly blanch the oilseed rape (bok choy) in the pot.
  5. Pour the noodles and soup into the bowl, add the cooked egg and oilseed rape on top, and serve. Enjoy your simple and nutritious Chicken Broth Noodle Soup!
