Quick Chicken Sauce Egg Noodles

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 150g Fresh Noodles
  • 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • Appropriate amount of Chicken Sauce (preferably Tai Tai Le brand, but any brand works)
  • Appropriate amount of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Green Onion, cut into segments
  • Appropriate amount of Salt
  • Appropriate amount of Cooking Oil
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the egg.
  2. Add the shiitake mushrooms.
  3. Fry the egg until both sides are golden brown and the mushrooms are slightly soft.
  4. Add clear water to the pan.
  5. Once the water boils, add the fresh noodles and chicken sauce for seasoning.
  6. Add green vegetables to the pan.
  7. Finally, add the green onion segments for flavor and a few drops of sesame oil before removing from heat.
  8. Serve the delicious egg noodles. It's simple and nutritious.
