Kumquat and Pear Soup
Ingredients:
- Pear: 1
- Dried Red Dates: 8 pieces
- Kumquats: 8
- Rock Sugar: to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients. Scrub the pear and kumquats with coarse salt and rinse thoroughly.
- Remove the pits from the red dates and chop them into small pieces. Cut the pear into small chunks. Make two cuts on the top of each kumquat and add a few pieces of rock sugar.
- Add 1200ml of water and start cooking using the health pot's fruit tea mode.
- Enjoy the delicious soup.
- The originally sour kumquats will become less sour.
