Spicy Garlic Pork and Bean Sprout Stir-Fry

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Green bean sprouts, a generous amount
  • Smoked ham slices (or any cooked meat), to taste
  • Spicy yellow soybean meat sauce, as needed
  • Light soy sauce (optional)
  • Several garlic sprouts
  • Oil of choice
Instructions:
  1. Heat a pan over medium fire, add oil, and stir-fry the pre-cleaned and drained green bean sprouts.
  2. Once the sprouts begin to soften, add the smoked ham slices or other cooked meats to enhance flavor and texture.
  3. Add the spicy yellow soybean meat sauce (or other spicy meat sauce) to adjust the color and taste, stirring well.
  4. Mix thoroughly, then add the cleaned and chopped garlic sprouts, being careful to avoid burns.
  5. Increase the heat and adjust seasonings as needed, such as adding more meat sauce, sugar, or salt.
  6. Once satisfied with the doneness, sprinkle the remaining green garlic leaves, stir briefly, then turn off the heat.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy your meal!
