Rosemary Pan-Seared Cod
Ingredients:
- Cod fillets, 2 large pieces
- Pepper salt, to taste
- Olive oil, as needed
- Rosemary, 2 sprigs
Instructions:
- Take the cod out of the refrigerator, clean it, and gently pat dry with kitchen towels.
- Heat a pan, add olive oil, and then place the cod fillets in it.
- Sear one side until slightly golden, about 3 minutes. Carefully flip, add a sprig of rosemary, and continue to sear until the cod is cooked through.
