Rosemary Pan-Seared Cod

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Cod fillets, 2 large pieces
  • Pepper salt, to taste
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • Rosemary, 2 sprigs
Instructions:
  1. Take the cod out of the refrigerator, clean it, and gently pat dry with kitchen towels.
  2. Heat a pan, add olive oil, and then place the cod fillets in it.
  3. Sear one side until slightly golden, about 3 minutes. Carefully flip, add a sprig of rosemary, and continue to sear until the cod is cooked through.
  4. Remove from pan and serve with a side of pepper salt. Enjoy your simple, delicious, and nutritious Rosemary Pan-Seared Cod!
