Egg Fried Noodles with Sausage and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 sausage
- 2 eggs
- 2 bunches of baby bok choy
- Appropriate amount of knife-shaved noodles
- 1 tomato
- 1 green bell pepper
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, scramble the eggs, and set aside.
- Fry the sausage slices until slightly crispy and set aside.
- Sauté diced tomatoes with a pinch of salt until they release their juice.
- Add back the sausage, scrambled eggs, chopped green pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, and stir-fry until well mixed.
- In a separate pot, cook the noodles until done, then rinse in cold water.
- Add the noodles and baby bok choy to the pan, stir in a spoonful of chili sauce, and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
