Pan-Fried Cod with Olive Oil

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 150g
  • Egg: 1
  • Ginger: 2 slices
  • Olive Oil: As needed
  • Black Pepper: To taste
  • Cornstarch: 15g
  • Salt: To taste
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients as listed.
  2. Marinate the cod by evenly sprinkling black pepper on it, adding salt, drizzling olive oil, and mixing in ginger slices. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. After marinating for 10 minutes, coat the cod evenly with egg, followed by a thin layer of cornstarch.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in enough olive oil. Add the marinated cod, reduce to low heat, and fry until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side until golden brown.
  5. Plate as desired and serve your delicious Pan-Fried Cod with Olive Oil!
