Golden Needle Mushroom and Beef Ball Soup
Ingredients:
- Golden Needle Mushrooms (Enokitake), 150g
- Beef Balls, 10 pieces
- Fresh Coriander, 1 stalk
- Carrot, 1 piece
- Green Onions, 20g
- Salt, 2g
- Cooking Oil, 20g
- Abalone Flavored Chicken Sauce (TTL), 10g
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Heat oil in a wok, and stir-fry the carrots until fragrant.
- Add beef balls and pour in enough water to cover, bring to a boil.
- Stir in the abalone flavored chicken sauce and salt until well mixed.
- Add the golden needle mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
- Finish with chopped green onions and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
