Golden Needle Mushroom and Beef Ball Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Golden Needle Mushrooms (Enokitake), 150g
  • Beef Balls, 10 pieces
  • Fresh Coriander, 1 stalk
  • Carrot, 1 piece
  • Green Onions, 20g
  • Salt, 2g
  • Cooking Oil, 20g
  • Abalone Flavored Chicken Sauce (TTL), 10g
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, and stir-fry the carrots until fragrant.
  3. Add beef balls and pour in enough water to cover, bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the abalone flavored chicken sauce and salt until well mixed.
  5. Add the golden needle mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  6. Finish with chopped green onions and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
