Low-Calorie Tomato Egg Buckwheat Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1 Egg
- 60g Buckwheat Noodles
Instructions:
- Score a cross on the tomato, roast it lightly to peel, and then dice.
- Sauté chopped green onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes with a pinch of salt and soy sauce, and cook on low heat until it forms a thick sauce.
- Pour in enough water and bring to a boil.
- Add the buckwheat noodles.
- Pour in the beaten egg and cook until set.
- Once ready, serve and optionally sprinkle some fresh cilantro to taste.
