Norwegian Arctic Cod Salad

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Green Peas: 20g
  • Cucumber: ½ piece
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 8 pieces
  • Salad Dressing: 20g
  • Lime Juice: A few drops
  • Olive Oil: As needed
  • Pepper Powder: As needed
  • Mint Leaves (for decoration): A few
Instructions:
  1. Rinse the Norwegian Arctic Cod and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Season with pepper powder and a few drops of lime juice, then marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  4. Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces.
  5. Mix the green peas with a little salt.
  6. Steam the peas until cooked.
  7. Heat a pan with olive oil, then gently fry the marinated cod on low heat.
  8. Flip the cod to fry the other side.
  9. Fry until both sides are slightly browned, then remove from pan.
  10. Mix cucumber, green peas, and cherry tomatoes with salad dressing.
  11. Arrange the cod and salad mixture on a plate.
  12. Garnish with mint leaves.
  13. Your Norwegian Arctic Cod Salad is ready to serve.
