Simple and Crisp Stir-Fried Zucchini
Ingredients:
- Zucchini, 1 piece
- Green onions, 3 stalks
- Garlic, 5 cloves
- Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Ginger, minced, 1 slice
- Light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil, 3 tablespoons
- Chicken essence, 1 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and slice the zucchini.
- Prepare green onions, ginger, and garlic as shown in the image.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini slices and stir-fry.
- When the zucchini is almost cooked, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt, and continue to stir-fry.
- Before removing from heat, add green onions and chicken essence (if using), then stir-fry briefly.
- Serve the simple and crisp stir-fried zucchini.
