Chicken Broth and Scallion Oil Peanuts
Ingredients:
- Peanuts, one bowl (soaked for several hours)
- Celery, one stalk
- Scallion oil, two tablespoons
- Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth, one tablespoon
Instructions:
- Soak the peanuts for several hours prior to cooking.
- Boil the soaked peanuts for 20 minutes or until tender to your liking.
- Wash and dice the celery.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled peanuts and diced celery.
- Add two tablespoons of scallion oil to the mixture.
- Add one tablespoon of Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth.
- Mix everything well.
- Serve the dish in a bowl and enjoy!
