Chicken Broth and Scallion Oil Peanuts

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Peanuts, one bowl (soaked for several hours)
  • Celery, one stalk
  • Scallion oil, two tablespoons
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth, one tablespoon
Instructions:
  1. Soak the peanuts for several hours prior to cooking.
  2. Boil the soaked peanuts for 20 minutes or until tender to your liking.
  3. Wash and dice the celery.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled peanuts and diced celery.
  5. Add two tablespoons of scallion oil to the mixture.
  6. Add one tablespoon of Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Broth.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Serve the dish in a bowl and enjoy!
