Chicken Juice and Cabbage Dumplings

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 small spoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 spoon of Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice
  • 500 grams of pork mince
  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 spoon of thirteen spices
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Mix pork mince with chopped green onions, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, and Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice.
  3. Add the cabbage to the mixture.
  4. Mix everything well.
  5. Take a dumpling wrapper and fill it with the prepared mixture.
  6. Pinch the edges of the dumpling wrapper to form a wheat sheaf dumpling, slightly pressing on one side.
  7. Seal the dumpling to complete one.
  8. Continue the process until all dumplings are prepared.
  9. Boil the dumplings in water until they float to the surface.
  10. Serve the dumplings on a plate.
