Norwegian Arctic Cod with Pumpkin and Rice Noodles
Ingredients:
- Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
- Green Onion Strips: 20g
- Chopped Green Onion: a handful
- Cooking Oil: as needed
- Pumpkin: 1 piece
- Rice Noodles: as needed
Instructions:
- Prepare ingredients as shown. Soak the rice noodles in advance.
- Cut the pumpkin into strips. Thaw the cod and steam until cooked.
- Cook the rice noodles until done and set aside.
- Mash the steamed pumpkin.
- Mash the codfish.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the pumpkin mash and stir-fry briefly.
- Add water, followed by the codfish crumbs, and stir-fry evenly.
- Season with salt and mushroom powder to taste.
- Add the rice noodles and toss until well mixed.
- Serve in a bowl.
