Carrot and Mushroom Dumplings

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 500g dumpling wrappers
  • 8 shiitake mushrooms
  • 200g minced meat
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Soak and finely chop shiitake mushrooms.
  3. Peel and finely chop the carrot.
  4. Finely chop green onions.
  5. In a bowl, combine chopped carrot, minced meat, mushrooms, and green onions.
  6. Add oyster sauce to the mixture.
  7. Add soy sauce.
  8. Pour in oil and mix well.
  9. Place the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  10. Shape the dumplings as desired.
  11. Cook dumplings in boiling water until done.
