Celery Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- Beef (thinly sliced): 200g
- Celery (3-4 stalks)
- Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Small chili peppers (1-2)
- Wood ear mushrooms: a handful
- Light soy sauce, baking soda, pepper powder, a pinch of salt
- Cornstarch
- Cooking oil
- Sichuan pepper powder
- Dark soy sauce
- Chicken powder
Instructions:
- Soak the beef slices in water to remove blood, then marinate with light soy sauce, baking soda, pepper powder, a bit of salt, cornstarch, and a spoonful of cooking oil to seal in moisture.
- Prepare all the side ingredients.
- Heat a wok and add oil, then stir-fry the beef slices with Sichuan pepper powder.
- When the beef changes color, add minced garlic, small chili peppers, and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry to release the aroma.
- Add wood ear mushrooms and celery, and continue stir-frying.
- Season with light soy sauce, pepper powder, chicken powder, and salt, then stir-fry everything evenly.
- Serve and enjoy your meal!
