Super Simple Thai-Style Marinated Ross Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Ross Shrimp, 1 pound
- Cooking Wine, 20g
- Selected Thai-Style Marinating Sauce, 40g
- A bit of Cooking Oil
Instructions:
- Clean the Ross Shrimp and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover the shrimp and 20g of cooking wine.
- Once the water boils, cook for 70 seconds, then turn off the heat and remove the shrimp.
- Peel the shrimp tails.
- Mix the peeled shrimp tails with 40g of the Thai-style marinating sauce. (For a richer flavor, marinate for 30 minutes).
- Pour a small amount of cooking oil into a pan and add the shrimp heads.
- Cook on low heat to extract some shrimp oil.
- Drizzle the shrimp oil over the marinated shrimp tails and they're ready to serve!
- Optional: Add chopped green onions for enhanced flavor, although it's delicious even without them.
