Super Simple Thai-Style Marinated Ross Shrimp

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Ross Shrimp, 1 pound
  • Cooking Wine, 20g
  • Selected Thai-Style Marinating Sauce, 40g
  • A bit of Cooking Oil
Instructions:
  1. Clean the Ross Shrimp and place them in a pot. Add enough water to cover the shrimp and 20g of cooking wine.
  2. Once the water boils, cook for 70 seconds, then turn off the heat and remove the shrimp.
  3. Peel the shrimp tails.
  4. Mix the peeled shrimp tails with 40g of the Thai-style marinating sauce. (For a richer flavor, marinate for 30 minutes).
  5. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into a pan and add the shrimp heads.
  6. Cook on low heat to extract some shrimp oil.
  7. Drizzle the shrimp oil over the marinated shrimp tails and they're ready to serve!
  8. Optional: Add chopped green onions for enhanced flavor, although it's delicious even without them.
