Pan-Fried Norwegian Arctic Cod for Babies
Ingredients:
- 140g Norwegian Arctic Cod
- 20g Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- Chopped Parsley, to taste
- Oil, as needed
Instructions:
- Thaw the Norwegian Arctic cod if it's frozen.
- Clean the cod, pat dry, and marinate with ginger and cooking wine to remove any fishy smell.
- Coat the marinated fish with beaten egg.
- Dredge the fish in cornstarch.
- Pan-fry in a skillet over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the fish to a serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
