Pan-Fried Norwegian Arctic Cod for Babies

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 140g Norwegian Arctic Cod
  • 20g Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg
  • Chopped Parsley, to taste
  • Oil, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Thaw the Norwegian Arctic cod if it's frozen.
  2. Clean the cod, pat dry, and marinate with ginger and cooking wine to remove any fishy smell.
  3. Coat the marinated fish with beaten egg.
  4. Dredge the fish in cornstarch.
  5. Pan-fry in a skillet over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer the fish to a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  8. Serve the delicious and crunchy fish, perfect for a baby's palate.
