Pork Rib Rice (排骨焖饭)
Ingredients:
- Pork Ribs: 600g
- Rice: 500g
- Rock Sugar: 10 pieces
- Fresh Ginger: 2 slices
- Mixed Vegetables: As needed
- Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g)
- Light Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons (approx. 20g)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g)
- Water: As needed
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Place the ribs in cold water, add ginger slices, and bring to a boil.
- After blanching, remove the ribs and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and melt the rock sugar.
- Add the ribs and stir-fry until they change color.
- In an electric pressure cooker, add washed rice, ribs, mixed vegetables, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt. Add water as you would normally for cooking rice.
- Cover and set to a low-pressure cooking mode until done.
- Once cooked, your delicious Pork Rib Rice is ready to be served!
