Braised Winter Melon
Ingredients:
- 400g Winter Melon
- Ginger, to taste
- Garlic, to taste
- Red Pepper, to taste
- 1 Green Onion
- 1 packet Braising Sauce
Instructions:
- Cut the winter melon into mahjong tile-sized cubes and score the pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the winter melon until the surface turns golden brown.
- Add a packet of braising sauce and a small amount of water, then braise for 5 minutes.
