Candied Pear Stewed in Winter

Ingredients:
  • Snow Pears: 2
  • Rock Sugar: to taste
  • Goji Berries: a small amount
  • Red Dates: 6
  • Water: as needed
Instructions:
  1. Core the pears and remove the seeds.
  2. Prepare goji berries, red dates, and rock sugar.
  3. Add water to the electric rice cooker.
  4. Place the prepared pears, goji berries, red dates, and rock sugar in the rice cooker.
  5. Stew for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your time and desired consistency.
