Cheesy Chicken Delight for Babies
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken legs, deboned
- 100g shredded cheese
- Garlic slices, as needed
- Ginger slices, as needed
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Vegetarian oyster sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Mushroom powder, to taste
- Parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Cornstarch, for coating
Instructions:
- Place deboned chicken legs in a dish and add garlic and ginger slices to remove any gamey taste.
- For marinating, use household seasonings like soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, mushroom powder, and salt.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, a little mushroom powder, and salt. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
- Coat the marinated chicken in cornstarch, ensuring both sides are evenly covered.
- Preheat a non-stick pan with oil and cook the chicken over low heat until crispy on both sides.
- Once cooked, cut the chicken into small pieces suitable for babies.
- In a new pan, melt the shredded cheese.
- When the cheese is melted, add the chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly with cheese.
- Cook over low heat until the cheese turns slightly brown. Garnish with chopped parsley.
