Chicken Broth Crystal Dumplings

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Chinese cabbage, 500g
  • Green onion and ginger, a small amount
  • Sesame oil, 50g
  • Mixed lean and fatty pork mince, 500g
  • "Tai Tai Le" fresh chicken broth, 1 spoon
  • Oyster sauce, 1 spoon
  • Cornstarch, 1 spoon
  • Dumpling wrappers, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Add ginger, green onion, oyster sauce, and "Tai Tai Le" fresh chicken broth to the pork mince for seasoning.
  3. Mix in finely chopped Chinese cabbage.
  4. Place filling on a dumpling wrapper.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dumpling on both sides to seal.
  6. Repeat until all dumplings are wrapped.
  7. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, and add the dumplings.
  8. Fry until the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown.
  9. Pour in a mixture of cornstarch and water.
  10. Fry until the dumplings form a crispy layer, known as 'ice flowers.'
  11. Transfer the dumplings to a plate for serving.
