Chicken Broth Noodle Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 200g noodles
  • 10 garlic scapes
  • Appropriate amount of chicken broth seasoning
  • 1/2 stalk of green onion
Instructions:
  1. Prepare and clean all ingredients. Chop as needed.
  2. Fry the egg and stir-fry the green onion.
  3. Add the cabbage and salt.
  4. Pour in hot water.
  5. Add garlic scapes.
  6. Add chicken broth seasoning.
  7. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy a simple and delicious meal!
