Chicken Broth Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10g Totole Chicken Bouillon
- 150g Noodles
- Cabbage, as needed
- 1 Egg
- 5g Salt
- Carrot, as needed
- Totole Cooking Wine, as needed
- 50g Pork Slices
- 1 Spoon Five-Spice Powder
- 1 Spoon Light Soy Sauce
- Flour, as needed
- Oil, as needed
- 500g Water
Instructions:
- Mix Totole Cooking Wine with pork slices.
- Add a spoon of salt and five-spice powder to the pork.
- Marinate well and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Coat the pork slices with flour.
- Tenderize the meat with the back of a knife.
- Fry the pork in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour water into a pot.
- Add a spoon of salt and five-spice powder to the water.
- Stir in Totole Chicken Bouillon.
- Add light soy sauce.
- Once the water boils, add noodles.
- Cook until noodles are done, then remove from water.
- Top noodles with pork slices.
- Garnish with shredded egg, cabbage, and carrot.
