Chicken Broth Tomato Fish Balls

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 bags of Fish Balls
  • "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice (squeeze 3 times)
  • 60g Mixed Vegetables
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil and sauté minced garlic, then add tomatoes and stir-fry.
  2. Add 60g of mixed vegetables.
  3. Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil, then add the fish balls.
  4. Add a small spoon of salt and "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice.
  5. Squeeze the chicken juice three times to enhance the flavor.
  6. Bring to a boil again and sprinkle with green onions to finish.
  7. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
