Chicken Broth Tomato Fish Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 bags of Fish Balls
- "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice (squeeze 3 times)
- 60g Mixed Vegetables
- Minced Garlic
- Salt
- Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat oil and sauté minced garlic, then add tomatoes and stir-fry.
- Add 60g of mixed vegetables.
- Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil, then add the fish balls.
- Add a small spoon of salt and "Tai Tai Le" Fresh Chicken Juice.
- Squeeze the chicken juice three times to enhance the flavor.
- Bring to a boil again and sprinkle with green onions to finish.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
