Chicken Broth Triple Delight Tofu Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Shiitake mushrooms, 3 pieces
  • Enoki mushrooms, 50g
  • Eggs, 2
  • Ham sausage, 1
  • Tofu, 1 block
  • Cilantro, 3 stalks
  • Carrot shreds, 20g
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence, 3g
  • Sesame oil, a few drops
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients listed above.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Add all the side ingredients.
  4. Add Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce and bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in beaten eggs and stir to break them up. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Drizzle in starch water to thicken the soup.
  7. Finally, sprinkle cilantro, add Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence, and a few drops of sesame oil before removing from heat.
  8. The delicious Triple Delight Tofu Soup is now ready, perfect for warming the heart and stomach in winter.
