Chicken Broth Triple Delight Tofu Soup
Ingredients:
- Shiitake mushrooms, 3 pieces
- Enoki mushrooms, 50g
- Eggs, 2
- Ham sausage, 1
- Tofu, 1 block
- Cilantro, 3 stalks
- Carrot shreds, 20g
- Tai Tai Le Fresh Sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Tai Tai Le Chicken Essence, 3g
- Sesame oil, a few drops
Instructions:
- Prepare all the ingredients listed above.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add all the side ingredients.
- Add Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Sauce and bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
- Pour in beaten eggs and stir to break them up. Cook for 1 minute.
- Drizzle in starch water to thicken the soup.
