Chicken Broth Wonton Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 20 wontons
  • 1 tablespoon shrimp skin
  • 1 tablespoon seaweed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A few drops of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon premium chicken broth (like Tai Tai Le fresh chicken juice)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the wontons in advance.
  2. In a bowl, add shrimp skin.
  3. Add seaweed to the bowl.
  4. Include salt.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Add chicken broth to the mixture.
  7. Boil water in a pot and cook the wontons once the water is boiling.
  8. Pour the wonton soup into a bowl.
  9. Remove the wontons from the pot and add them to the bowl.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  11. Serve hot for a delicious meal.
