Crispy Golden Cornmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 300g cornmeal
- Warm water (as needed)
- 5g yeast
- 2g baking soda
Instructions:
- Mix 300g of organic cornmeal with warm water to form a dough.
- Add 5g of yeast to the mixture.
- To improve taste, add 2g of baking soda to neutralize the cornmeal's acidity.
- Shape the dough into your desired form and cook in an electric griddle until golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the griddle. The pancakes should be golden, crispy on the outside, and soft inside.
