Crispy Pork Belly: A Delicious Homemade Delight

Ingredients:
  • 500g pork belly
  • 1 small spoon salt (approximately 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 spoon cooking oil
Instructions:
  1. Remove the skin from the pork belly and boil it with half a spoon of salt for 30 minutes. Then remove it from the water.
  2. Clean the pan and dry it, then heat it over low heat.
  3. Slowly pan-fry the pork belly until both sides turn golden brown.
  4. Take it out, cut it into pieces, and serve.
