Delicious Crispy and Spicy Tofu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g Tofu
- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan Pepper Powder
- 2 tablespoons Chili Oil
- 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 10g Salt
- 3 tablespoons Hot Oil
Instructions:
- Cut the tofu into long strips and set aside.
- Fry tofu strips in a pan until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the pan.
- Drain the tofu to remove excess oil.
- Add one tablespoon of chili oil to a bowl.
- Combine the toasted sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper powder, chili powder, and a pinch of salt in the bowl.
- Add three tablespoons of hot oil to the bowl and mix well.
- Coat the fried tofu with the spicy mixture. The tofu should be crispy outside and tender inside, with a flavorful spicy taste that is hard to resist.
