Drunken Braised Salmon (醉卤三文鱼)
Ingredients:
- Salmon - 400g
- Red Shallots - 2
- Solo Garlic - 2 cloves
- Premium Drunken Braising Sauce - as needed
- Cilantro - as needed
- Cold Boiled Water - 2-3 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients: sushi-grade salmon and premium drunken braising sauce.
- Finely chop the garlic, red shallots, and cilantro stems. Mix with the drunken braising sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of cold boiled water.
- Cut the salmon into thick slices and immerse in the prepared sauce. Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with cilantro leaves and serve. The soft, rich, and slightly salty salmon with a hint of wine aroma is ready!
