Drunken Braised Salmon (醉卤三文鱼)

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Salmon - 400g
  • Red Shallots - 2
  • Solo Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Premium Drunken Braising Sauce - as needed
  • Cilantro - as needed
  • Cold Boiled Water - 2-3 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients: sushi-grade salmon and premium drunken braising sauce.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, red shallots, and cilantro stems. Mix with the drunken braising sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of cold boiled water.
  3. Cut the salmon into thick slices and immerse in the prepared sauce. Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with cilantro leaves and serve. The soft, rich, and slightly salty salmon with a hint of wine aroma is ready!
