Drunken Marinated Prawns

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Fresh Prawns (as many as you like)
  • Premium Drunken Marinade Sauce (to taste)
Instructions:
  1. Rinse the prawns and set aside.
  2. Trim off the prawn antennae and legs, and remove the vein.
  3. Boil the prawns in water with some ginger slices and green onion sections.
  4. Once cooked, immediately plunge the prawns into cold water.
  5. Drain the prawns after cooling.
  6. Pour the drunken marinade sauce over the prawns and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy your delicious drunken marinated prawns!
