Drunken Marinated Prawns
Ingredients:
- Fresh Prawns (as many as you like)
- Premium Drunken Marinade Sauce (to taste)
Instructions:
- Rinse the prawns and set aside.
- Trim off the prawn antennae and legs, and remove the vein.
- Boil the prawns in water with some ginger slices and green onion sections.
- Once cooked, immediately plunge the prawns into cold water.
- Drain the prawns after cooling.
- Pour the drunken marinade sauce over the prawns and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious drunken marinated prawns!
