Dry Bean and Chicken Stew
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken legs
- Dry beans, as needed
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms
- Green onions, ginger, garlic, as needed
- 1 Chili pepper
- 1 Onion
- Cilantro, as needed
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cola
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
Instructions:
- Heat oil and sauté all aromatic ingredients (green onions, ginger, garlic). Add chicken legs and fry until fragrant.
- Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cola, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the chicken.
- Add dry beans and shiitake mushrooms. If the soup is less, add 1 bowl of water and stew for 20 minutes.
- Before taking out of the stove, add cilantro. Serve hot.
