Egg and Onion Fried Rice

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 ml light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tai Tai Le Chicken Juice (or substitute)
  • 2 grams of salt
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Peel and dice the onion.
  3. Beat the eggs, then fry in a pan until cooked and set aside.
  4. In a new pan, heat oil and sauté the diced onion until fragrant.
  5. Add the rice and cooked eggs, stirring well to combine.
  6. Mix in the light soy sauce, salt, and Tai Tai Le Chicken Juice, stirring until evenly distributed.
  7. Your delicious Egg and Onion Fried Rice is ready to serve.
