Fresh Meat Stir-Fried with Crown Daisy
Ingredients:
- Crown Daisy (黎蒿) - 300g
- Fresh Pork (preferably from the front leg) - 100g
- Green Onion and Ginger - as needed
- Cooking Oil - as needed
- Salt - to taste
- Light Soy Sauce - to taste
- Tai Tai Le Cooking Wine - ½ spoon
- A dash of Chicken Broth
Instructions:
- Slice the pork and chop the green onion and ginger into thin strips. Set aside.
- Remove the tough stems from the crown daisy and cut it into sections.
- Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the pork slices until they change color. Add the green onion and ginger and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt for seasoning.
- Finally, add the crown daisy and quickly stir-fry until it's just wilted. Enhance the flavor with a dash of chicken broth, stir well, and serve.
- Note: The crown daisy has a natural, delicate flavor that doesn't require a lot of seasoning.
