Ginger and Scallion Stir-Fried Flower Crab
Ingredients:
- 2 Flower Crabs (Blue Crabs)
- Adequate amount of Scallions
- Adequate amount of Ginger slices
- Adequate amount of Soy Sauce
- Adequate amount of Cooking Wine
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- Adequate amount of Starch
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Clean the crabs and cut them into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Coat the crabs in starch.
- Fry the crabs in the pan until golden brown.
- Remove the crabs and set them aside.
- In the remaining oil, add ginger and garlic.
- Add the fried crabs and crab shells back to the pan.
- Add an adequate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, and water.
- Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with scallion pieces and stir-fry briefly.
- Serve the delicious dish hot.
