Ginger and Scallion Stir-Fried Flower Crab

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Flower Crabs (Blue Crabs)
  • Adequate amount of Scallions
  • Adequate amount of Ginger slices
  • Adequate amount of Soy Sauce
  • Adequate amount of Cooking Wine
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • Adequate amount of Starch
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Clean the crabs and cut them into pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Coat the crabs in starch.
  5. Fry the crabs in the pan until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crabs and set them aside.
  7. In the remaining oil, add ginger and garlic.
  8. Add the fried crabs and crab shells back to the pan.
  9. Add an adequate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, and water.
  10. Cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with scallion pieces and stir-fry briefly.
  12. Serve the delicious dish hot.
