Grateful Mrs. Le's Freshly Cooked Ribs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Rib Strips: 500g
  • Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic: 30g
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper Powder: a pinch
  • Cumin Powder: a pinch
  • Huadiao Cooking Wine: 2 tablespoons
  • Mrs. Le's Chicken Sauce: ½ tablespoon
  • Mrs. Le's Oyster Sauce: ½ tablespoon
  • Mrs. Le's Chicken Essence: a pinch
  • Zero-Calorie Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Clean the rib strips and pat dry.
  2. Mix together cornstarch, chicken essence, and other dry seasonings.
  3. Add Huadiao cooking wine, Mrs. Le's chicken sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, and minced ginger to the ribs.
  4. Marinate the ribs for about an hour.
  5. Preheat the air fryer and lightly coat the ribs with oil.
  6. Cook in the air fryer until golden brown, flipping halfway through, at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
