Homemade Black Sesame Paste
Ingredients:
- 200g Cooked Black Sesame Seeds
- 50g Water-Milled Glutinous Rice Flour
Instructions:
- Grind the cooked black sesame seeds into a fine powder using a mill or grinder.
- Toast the glutinous rice flour until cooked through.
- Prepare the toasted glutinous rice flour and ground black sesame seeds.
- Mix the ground sesame and toasted rice flour evenly.
- Your black sesame paste is now ready.
- Store in a container. To consume, take a few spoons of the mixture and mix with boiling water.
