Homemade Black Sesame Paste

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Cooked Black Sesame Seeds
  • 50g Water-Milled Glutinous Rice Flour
Instructions:
  1. Grind the cooked black sesame seeds into a fine powder using a mill or grinder.
  2. Toast the glutinous rice flour until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the toasted glutinous rice flour and ground black sesame seeds.
  4. Mix the ground sesame and toasted rice flour evenly.
  5. Your black sesame paste is now ready.
  6. Store in a container. To consume, take a few spoons of the mixture and mix with boiling water.

  • Gluten-free (but check the rice flour for cross-contamination if you're sensitive)
