Homemade Chopped Pepper Beef

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Beef, 500g
  • Minced green onion, 2 teaspoons
  • Small hot peppers, 2-4
  • Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
  1. Slice the beef and marinate with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon cooking oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef slices until cooked, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add chili sauce and green onions.
  6. Add the beef back into the pan, along with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  7. Stir in green onions and cook until done.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy as a family favorite, simple and delicious!
