Homemade Marinated Chicken Feet with Sauce

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Feet: 800 grams
  • Selected Marinating Sauce: as needed
  • Ginger: 1 piece
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Green Pepper: 1
  • Lemon: 3-5 slices
  • Red Chili: 2
  • Cilantro (Coriander): 1 root
  • Cooking Wine: 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
  1. Prepare 800 grams of chicken feet, trim off the nails, and clean.
  2. Boil the chicken feet in cold water with cooking wine and ginger slices for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken feet, cool them down, and cut them for easier marination.
  4. Rinse the cut chicken feet with clean water.
  5. Place the chicken feet in a bowl.
  6. Finely chop the ginger, garlic, green chili, and cilantro. Clean and slice the lemon.
  7. Add the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the chicken feet, along with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and pour in an adequate amount of marinating sauce.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for a better taste.
  10. Enjoy the fresh, crisp, and appetizing marinated chicken feet.
