Lamb Clear Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Lamb, 500g
  • Water chestnuts, 10 pieces
  • Chinese yam, 1 root
  • Fresh ginger, a small piece
  • Carp soup, a suitable amount
  • Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice, 1 spoon
  • Tai Tai Le Cooking Wine, 1 spoon
  • Goji berries, a suitable amount
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
  1. Clean the lamb and cut into small pieces.
  2. Slice the ginger, peel the water chestnuts, and peel and cut the Chinese yam into chunks.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.
  4. Add the lamb and fry until the moisture is gone.
  5. Put all ingredients into a pot, add pre-cooked carp soup, and 1 spoon of Tai Tai Le Cooking Wine. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  6. After the soup boils, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes. Add the goji berries and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
  7. Add a teaspoon of salt and a spoon of Tai Tai Le Fresh Chicken Juice, then turn off the heat.
  8. Serve hot, especially comforting in winter. The soup is fresh and devoid of any gamey lamb taste.
