Marinated Raw Shark Meat Slices
Ingredients:
- 1 Shark (small size)
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Green Onion
- 6 Red Chili Peppers
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Onion
- White Liquor (above 40°), as needed
- Light Soy Sauce, as desired
- Sesame Oil, as desired
- Lime, as desired
Instructions:
- Wash the shark slices, cut into pieces, rinse with cooled boiled water, and let dry. Marinate the pieces in white liquor (above 40°) for 15 minutes to disinfect.
- Prepare the ingredients: garlic, ginger, onion, chili peppers, green onion, and lime.
- Drain the liquor, rinse with cooled boiled water a couple of times, and let dry. Add ginger, garlic, green onion, chili peppers, and onion to the shark meat.
- Pour the selected marinating sauce over the shark slices. Refrigerate in summer, or leave at room temperature for 3 hours in winter.
- Taste the sauce with a chopstick and adjust the seasoning (like salt) according to your preference. The dish is now ready to serve.
